Lara Kovell when your mentee has completed his/her monthly service activity.
1) The Club at Collington
Ongoing: The Club is an after-school program for students at Collington Square Middle School. Volunteers
can participate M-F from 3:30-6:30pm. Email mbuchanan@ecsm.org three days in advance of the day you wish to attend.
2) Tutoring at BDJ Academy
Ongoing: You and your mentee may walk to BJD Academy (1130 N. Caroline St) any day Monday-Friday 3:30-5:00pm
to tutor 6th graders in math and science. Notify Lara Kovell if you have completed this event.
Your family has the flexibility to design your own service endeavors in which you or your mentee has a special
interest. Encourage students to think of how they can help their neighbors and community. A permission slip must be turned
in for every outing.
