Mission Statement

To use a "family-style" mentoring approach to foster the transformation of high school students, who are not meeting minimum academic requirements and facing significant psychosocial challenges, into self-motivated, resourceful, and socially aware leaders committed to a higher purpose of their own.

Our Values
Endless Hope - No child is a lost cause. No action is in vain.
Family - Groups with strong personal bonds create a safe, supportive, and loving atmosphere for their members to thrive.
Unwavering Humility - Meet people where they are. Don't assume. Be humbled by what you don't know.
Learning from Everyone - No matter what you have accomplished or experienced, you have something to learn from everyone you meet.
Others before Self - When you are in the greatest need, you have the most to gain from helping others. Help others accomplish their goals, not yours.

Adaptability - There is not a formula to solve every problem. Even custom solutions need continual adjustments.
